On April 26, the first Sino-European Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition was successfully held in Xixi Park of Alibaba Headquarters in Hangzhou, hosted by the European Union China Committee, organized by Shanghai Cultural Exchange Center for Foreign Countries, and co-organized by Intelligent Industry Promotion Center of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization's Global Innovation Network Project and Alibaba Group Education Science and Technology Co.

Yang Chunli, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, Li Yunzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Li Shanshan, Director of the Employment Office, were invited to accompany the leaders of theuniversityto attend the launching ceremony.
Mr. Xie Jianzhong, President of the European Union China Commission, Ms. Shen Xia, Chief Representative of the European Union China Commission, Mr. He Bingquan, General Manager of Alibaba Taobao Education Clear Channel Digital Intelligence Industry, Ms. Wei Jingfen, Deputy Secretary of Sydney Institute of Business and Economics of Shanghai University, representative of universities, and Mr. Chen Chao, Director of the organizer, Shanghai Center of Cultural Exchanges Abroad, delivered speeches one after another. At the launching ceremony, Shandong University of Finance and Economics accepted the plaque and certificate thestrategic partner of the first Sino-European Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition awarded by the European Union China Committee. Afterwards, Mr. DaiQingzhu, certified lecturer of Taobao Education and CE0 of Hangzhou Chain Technology, gave a special report on the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Yang Chunliclaimedthatparticipating in the Launching Ceremony of Sino-European Youth Artificial Intelligence Competition is an important initiative for the College to implement the spirit of the "Notice of the State Council on the Issuance of the New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan", "Action Plan for Artificial Intelligence Innovation in Higher Education Institutions", "Opinions on the Promotion of Discipline Integration in Colleges and Universities of the Construction of "Double First-Class" to Accelerate the Cultivation of Postgraduates in the Field of Artificial Intelligence", etc. We will take this competition as an opportunity to promote the development of Artificial Intelligence in higher education.We will take this competition as an opportunity to give full play to the professional characteristics of the college and further promote the integration of industry and education, talent training and discipline construction in the field of artificial intelligence.
